Quick start

1. Create an account and verify your email.
2. Claim the free seven-day trial or purchase access through the Telegram bot.
3. Install the client on your device and sign in with the same account.
4. Keep Automatic selected on mobile networks: it tries AmneziaWG, HTTPS/Reality, then WireGuard.

Windows

Download the Windows installer. It includes all required components. Sign in, keep Automatic or select HTTPS for cellular networks, and connect. Use Devices to disconnect old profiles and release occupied slots. If you forget your password, use “Forgot password?” and confirm the change with the six-digit email code.

Android

Open Account and check for updates, or download 2.7.2. It installs over 2.6.1 with the same certificate. If you forget your password, tap “Forgot password?” directly on the sign-in screen and confirm the new password with the six-digit email code.

iPhone and iPad

Install WireGuard from the App Store, sign in to the Vash VPN web account, download your personal iOS profile and open it in WireGuard. When access expires, the server revokes the key even if the file remains on the phone.

When a mobile carrier blocks VPN traffic

Keep Automatic selected or choose the built-in “HTTPS — cellular network” mode. The app obtains its personal Reality profile and creates the system VPN itself; no browser download or third-party import is required. It uses TCP port 443 and resembles ordinary HTTPS traffic. It cannot bypass a network that allows only a fixed list of destination IP addresses.

Troubleshooting

• Confirm ordinary internet access works without VPN.
• Check the service status page.
• Stop other VPN or proxy applications.
• Check your access expiry date.
• Try both Wi-Fi and cellular data and note which protocol fails.

Send /support to the bot with your device, app version, network type and approximate failure time.
